Originally housing a horse stable, this space has been completely re-designed and re-imagined into a two story loft with soaring 20ft ceilings, and woodwork by a local designer to offset the exposed original beams, offering the best in modern luxury and old world charm. The Loft at The Ferg offers you a spacious dining and living area, a cosy gas fireplace, a luxury king bedroom upstairs, a queen sleeper sofa downstairs for up to two children under ten, a spa-like bathroom with original clawfoot tub and a separate shower, a full kitchen including wine fridge and even laundry facilities. Enjoy your private BBQ in the courtyard, hang out on your private deck or open the French Doors out to our rolling backyard.

The Loft at The Ferg is steps away from the bustling Main Street of Picton, Ontario, where you can grab a delicious latte, healthy baked goods, and high-fashion finds. Fantastic restaurants, pubs featuring live music and local craft beer, an indie bookstore and local artists’ galleries are just some of what you will find a stone’s throw from our backyard.

Centrally located in the main town of Picton, wine country is 20 minutes away by car in all directions. Stock the wine fridge with Prince Edward County’s famous Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling. Make a family dinner in our fully renovated chef’s kitchen from the farm stands and markets in the area (and please make use of our kitchen garden in the summer months).

If you rent out both suites or all suites at The Ferg, The door between the Main House Suite and The Loft opens up so you can enjoy a multi-family gathering, while still enjoying your own privacy,

The famous beaches of Prince Edward County and the stunning dunes of Sandbanks Provincial Park are a fifteen minute drive away and we offer you beach towels and a beach bag to make the most of your vacation.

A one-time cleaning fee of $99 applies. The Loft sleeps maximum 2 adults plus 2 children under ten.
